●The cost for renting the club house is $150 for the upstairs or $150 for downstairs. $300.00 total for whole clubhouse.
● There is a $100.00 cleaning/damage deposit required. It will be returned to you if nothing is damaged and the club house is at least as clean as you found it.
You are expected to sweep and vacuum if needed. Take out the trash. Clean the kitchen and put everything away. Make sure that you have picked up all of your things and leave the club house like you found it. You do not need to take down the chairs and tables or clean the bathrooms unless they are excessively dirty.
CLEAN UP ALL OF YOUR MESS BY 1:00 PM THE FOLLOWING DAY
CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18 ARE TO BE SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT
RENTAL OF THE CLUBHOUSE DOES NOT INCLUDE THE GOLF COURSE.
CHILDREN AND/OR ADULTS ARE NOT TO PLAY ON THE GREENS OR ANY AREA OF THE GOLF COURSE. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PLAY GOLF, NORMAL FEES AND RULES APPLY.
ANY DAMAGES TO THE GREENS OR GOLFC OURSE WILL BE THE RENTER'S RESPONSIBILITY
THE DOWNSTAIRS BAR AREA IS FOR MEMBERS AND THEIR GUESTS ONLY.
IF ANYTHING IS LEFT DIRTY OR DAMAGED, YOUR CLEANING/DAMAGE DEPOSIT MAY NOT BE RETURNED AND YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OVER YOUR $100.00 DEPOSIT.
